Connected to the systems your dealership already runs.
Kestrel connects the customer conversation to live stock, available diary slots and the lead record. Compatibility is confirmed against the product and version you use before it appears in a proposal.

The connection points
- Existing website
- One script tag adds the agent alongside the pages and forms you already have. No redesign is required.
- Phone line
- A number rings the agent first and hands the call to your team when the customer asks or the approved brief ends.
- Vehicle stock feed
- Kestrel reads the feed you already publish to your website or vehicle portals, including price, specification and availability.
- Service diary
- The agent sees available appointment types and slots, then records requirements such as courtesy car, collection or while-you-wait.
- DMS or CRM
- The conversation, customer details, qualification and booking are written where the team already works.
- Dealer console
- Every conversation and booking remains visible, with demand and outcomes traceable to the source conversation.
Why there is no indiscriminate logo wall
A familiar product name is not enough to promise a working connection. Automotive systems vary by module, API entitlement, dealer-group configuration and version. Kestrel therefore confirms the exact stock feed, diary and DMS or CRM during the first technical review.
For every system you name, the written scope marks it as already supported, configurable using an available interface, requiring custom work, or not currently supported. Any custom integration is priced separately rather than appearing later as a surprise.
How compatibility is confirmed
- Name the systems. Tell us the website platform, stock-feed provider, service diary and DMS or CRM, including versions where known.
- Review access. We check the available API, feed, webhook or supported export and what your existing supplier permits.
- Map the write-back. We agree exactly which fields Kestrel may read and which records or bookings it may create.
- Test on your data. You see the connection operating on your stock and rules before customers do.
Current channel scope
The standard Kestrel service covers the dealership website and phone line. The site does not claim SMS or email automation as a standard channel today. If another channel matters to the deployment, it is assessed and written into scope rather than assumed.
Send your systems list to hello@kestrel-automotive.com for a compatibility check.
