How does Kestrel go live at a dealership?
In days, on the systems you already run. We connect your stock feed, service diary and DMS or CRM, tune the agent to your voice and rules, you test it on your own stock, and it goes live with one script on your website and a number for your phone line. No redesign, no new logins for your team.
Kestrel Automotive Intelligence, Scotland, UK
Step 1. Connect
We take your stock feed, your service diary availability and the details of how you sell: finance products and representative examples, locations and opening hours, who handles what. The stock feed is whichever one you already publish to portals or your own website. Nothing new has to be built on your side.
Step 2. Tune
The agent learns your voice and your rules: what it may quote, when it books, and when it hands to a person. You test it on your own stock before any customer does, and you change what you do not like. Typical rules: quote the representative PCP example but leave exact figures to the business manager; book MOTs into bay slots only; hand over any part-exchange valuation above a guide figure.
Step 3. Go live
One script tag on your website and a number that rings the agent first, then your team when it should. Your team sees every conversation and booking in the Kestrel console from day one, with the transcript behind each one.
What it connects to
- Your website. One script tag. Works alongside your existing pages and forms.
- Your phone line. A number that rings the agent first, and your team when it should.
- Stock feed. Any feed you already publish to portals or your website.
- Service diary and DMS or CRM. Bookings and leads land where your team already works. We name specific integrations on the demo, against what you actually run, rather than list logos here.
How it keeps things straight
- Stock. Answers come only from your live feed. If a car is not on the list, the agent says so and offers the closest match.
- Bookings. Only into slots your diary offers. Every booking is confirmed to the customer and visible to your team immediately.
- Handover. A customer can ask for a person at any point. The agent also hands over on its own when a question is outside its brief, passing the transcript with the call.
- Customer data. Held in the UK, for your dealership alone, and used only to serve the conversation and your reporting. Kestrel runs on UK infrastructure under UK law, and conversations are not sent abroad for processing.
What we need from you
- Access to your stock feed, or the portal export you already produce.
- Service diary availability, and the rules for courtesy cars, collection and while-you-wait.
- Your finance products and the representative examples you are happy to quote.
- Opening hours, locations, and who should receive handovers for sales, service and parts.
- An hour with the person who knows how you sell, so the agent sounds like your dealership.
Kestrel is launching with dealerships in Scotland first and is taking demo bookings from dealers across the UK. A demo runs on your own stock, website and diary. The questions dealers ask cover pricing, integrations and data in more depth.
