Kestrel Automotive Intelligence launches AI voice agents for UK dealerships
A new Scottish company has launched an AI agent for car dealerships that answers customers on the website and the phone line, from live stock, and books test drives, MOTs and services straight into the dealer's diary.
Kestrel Automotive Intelligence, news
Kestrel Automotive Intelligence, the trading name of Scotland-based Kestrel Applied Intelligence Ltd, has launched an AI-native service for the motor trade. The Kestrel agent sits on a dealership's existing website and phone line, answers questions about stock using the dealer's live feed, books test drives and service work into the slots the diary actually has, and hands over to a member of staff, with the transcript, whenever a customer asks or the conversation calls for it.
Alongside the customer-facing agent, dealers get the Kestrel console: a view of every conversation, every booking made and the intelligence behind them, including what fuel types, budgets and finance products customers are asking for, measured against the dealership's own sales targets.
The service runs on UK infrastructure under UK law. Customer conversations are not sent abroad for processing, and each dealership's data is held separately.
"Most enquiries land when nobody is on the floor. The dealer who answers at nine at night, from real stock, with a real booking, wins the customer. We built Kestrel so that dealer can be any dealer." Kestrel Automotive Intelligence
Kestrel is launching with dealerships in Scotland first and is taking demo bookings from dealers across the UK. A demo runs on the dealer's own stock, website and diary.
